Located in a world class building in San Francisco’s financial district, Hubbard Godfrey partnered with an up & coming financial services firm, consultants, contractors, furniture ven– dors, & building manage– ment to phase the addition of a new trading room, analyst bullpen, & several private offices on separate areas of the floor. The design intent included the preservation of stunning bay views & a functional open plan. The improve– ments were successfully completed in three phases over 12 weeks without any intertrupion to daily business operations.
